My 8-year old black lab loves Orijen's 6 fish dog food. He's had an ongoing skin allergy ever since he was a pup that requires him to avoid grains and chicken (he itches non-stop if he doesn't get the good stuff). Even though he's a lab and eats anything/everything, I've noticed he scratches himself less, his fur has gotten softer/shinier, and he has a bit less dandruff in the winter months (can't help it during the -20 days). He's been on Orijen for the past 3 years. Before that, we tried Acana which he loved too but we wanted him to have as many Omega 3 fatty acids as possible from the increased whole fish protein intake that Orijen provides. The food smells super fishy but at least you know it's an indicator that they're using more wholesome ingredients haha!
