• Free Delivery: On orders over $25
• Flat Rate: $5 for orders under $25
• Delivery Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You'll receive a text or phone call when your delivery arrives.
• Please Note: For same-day delivery, please ensure your order is placed by 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will automatically be scheduled for the next delivery day.
  
  

Shipping Outside Local Delivery Zone

We ship across Toronto, the rest of Canada, the United States and Europe via Canada Post.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
• Canada: All orders are sent using Expedited Parcel service and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
• United States: All orders are sent using Expedited Parcel service and typically arrive within 4–7 business days.
• Europe: All orders are sent using Tracked Packet International service and typically arrive within 8–12 business days.
• Please Note: Oversized or frozen items cannot be shipped via Canada Post and are only available for local delivery.
