• Flat Rate: $5 for orders under $25
• Delivery Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You'll receive a text or phone call when your delivery arrives.

We ship across Toronto, the rest of Canada, and the United States via Canada Post.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
• All orders are sent using Expedited Parcel service and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
• Please Note: Oversized or frozen items cannot be shipped via Canada Post and are only available for local delivery.
